<h2>Knowledge Enabled Engineering</h2>
<p>The students of the first year, completed their first semester by presenting the Knowledge Enabled Engineering projects. Two groups presented an impact measuring device for rugby and a warning system for epilepsy respectively.</p>

<p>This project was about coming with an extreme PSS idea in collaboration with a partner company. This group worked with an entrepreneurial nurse who has developed a new device to make her job easier! The Project Team suggested several improvements and then made a physical prototype to show how the improved leg-rest could work.</p>

<h2>PSS Extreme Innovation project presentation</h2>
<p>During his visit to BTH he got presentations from MSPI-programme student Carolina Villamil who presented the outcome of the <a title="PSS Extreme Innovation | 15 ECTS" href="https://www.mspi.se/program-design/pss-extreme-innovation-15-ects/">PSS Extreme Innovation</a>-course that was carried out with company partner Dynapac earlier during 2012.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On January 19, 2012 MSPI students presented their results from the 15 credit project course Product-Service System Extreme Innovation.</p>
<p>The three teams were;</p>
<ul>
<li>Team MedTech: project within healthtech development</li>
<li>Team Volvo: project with Volvo Construction Equipment</li>
<li>Team Dynapac: project with Dynapac Compaction Equipment</li>
</ul>
<p>The teams have worked with the future challenges of these partners and developed concepts, scenarios and prototypes to be revealed on Jan 19.</p>
