]]>The students of the first year, completed their first semester by presenting the Knowledge Enabled Engineering projects. Two groups presented an impact measuring device for rugby and a warning system for epilepsy respectively.

PSS Extreme Innovation
The second-year students completed their 15 ECTS credit projects working with Abu Garcia, Atlas Copco, GKN Aerospace Sweden and SICAHT.

]]>The course is focused on, together with external partner, carrying out a product-service system innovation project with sustainability and innovation focus.
The purpose of the course is for the students to gain an understanding of how different solutions are developed within industry today through applying and integrating knowledge necessary for future product- and service innovation. Participants will gain knowledge in project management, creative concept development, systems thinking for sustainability and technological solutions.

]]>This project was about coming with an extreme PSS idea in collaboration with a partner company. This group worked with an entrepreneurial nurse who has developed a new device to make her job easier! The Project Team suggested several improvements and then made a physical prototype to show how the improved leg-rest could work.
The product is today marketed in the company Legpal.
